Committee for Social Justice

The PathStone Committee for Farmworker Justice (CFJ) Established in 1981, CFJ is a voluntary committee comprised of PathStone staff, board members, and other interested farmworker advocates.

CFJ serves as an instrument for concerned individuals to demonstrate their commitment to the problems, needs, and rights of migrant and seasonal farmworkers.

CFJ Members strongly support:

  • Improving wages, benefits and work place conditions for farmworkers
  • Creating, preserving & expanding resources and programs which support:
  • Affordable Housing & Economic Development
  • Education and Training for farmworker youth and adults
  • Providing farmworker youth and adults with leadership development to be active community members
  • Immigration ReformProviding equal opportunity for career choice to farmworker youth
