Position Summary

Provides supervision, management, and leadership to multi-office sites and/or multi-programs on a daily basis. Holds responsibility for the attainment of multi-office/multi-program goals and objectives.

Position requires demonstrated knowledge, experience, and proficiency, through at least three years training and/or experience or an appropriate BA or BS Degree, in management and supervision. Position requires: working knowledge of computers; experience with budget planning and monitoring; experience with program development, analysis and evaluation; and knowledge base of working with diverse population.


Monitor client eligibility through file document evaluation.

Monitor participant files for completeness and accuracy.

Compile, interpret, and submit field office data in a timely manner

Complete Management By Objective (MBO) report and any required reports for the office/region to immediate supervisor and grantor.

Offer support, assistance, and feedback to direct reports

Provides program information via training to partner service agencies.

Ensures quality job placements and retention through continuous review with employers and participants.

Demonstrate the ability to express thoughts clearly, both orally and in writing

Collaborate and networks with agency representatives, community groups and area employers.

Collaborate with staff and management team to accomplish program goals.

Develop MOAs and MOUs with required partners on behalf of PathStone, including the One-Stop.

Conduct case management, PAAC, and staff meetings as required.

Attend required meetings and trainings, i.e. Chamber of Commerce, etc.

Develop corrective actions and/or improvement plans for program specific operations.

Provide recommendations for program improvement to supervisor for approval.

Develop, analyze, distribute, and evaluate program goals, objectives and budgets.

Supervise, directly or indirectly, up to ten elementary level employees or volunteers.

Recruits, interviews, recommends for hiring, transfers, promotions, discipline and termination.

PathStone provides a competitive salary and fringe benefit program. The position is available 10/6/2014.
Base salary is $36,056.59 with a significant range based upon demonstrated experience and qualifications.
