Provide clerical support and assistance to the Regional Property Manager with all aspects of office management and to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations of the office.
Type, proofread official and routine correspondence for staff.
Complete all accounts payable and review all other office invoices for correct charging.
Maintain office/resident files, maintain and order supplies.
Answer telephones, maintain message system, and provide routine information to callers and walk-ins, direct to proper staff.
Assist in completing resident eligibility and property move-in forms, monthly reports, emergency and preventative work orders.
Assist in outreach/recruitment, follow-up, or other services as necessary, identify community resources for serving clients PathStone cannot serve.
Primary technical and interpersonal skills in the secretarial field are required.
Position must have a high school diploma, typing skill of 60 wpm, basic computer skills, and prior secretarial experience or equivalent training with one year of experience in business environment.
Position requires flexible work hours, work indoor and outdoor, driving is routinely required, some lifting.
