Work with community employers, public schools and community college to identify/recruit eligible clients.
Coordinate outreach, education and other services with PathStone staff and community providers to insure participant success.
Recruit, screen and provide program orientation to potential clients who are not current community college students, before clients are enrolled into the program.
Determine eligibility and assist participants to apply to the program. Obtain required documentation.
Ensure program documents are complete, including Savings Plan Agreement.
Inform financial partner and coordinate opening Individual Development Accounts for enrolled participants.
Facilitate financial education classes for participants and assist clients in developing financial plans.
Provide case management to participants and monitor progress to goals per program requirements.
Maintain productive work relationships with colleagues and others.
Serves as key program resource for participants, staff and community.
Encourage others to persevere and take positive action in problem solving and meeting goals.
Collect and enter daily program data in PathStone Client Data and Case Management system. Provide monthly data reports to supervisor.
Assist in producing program reports, including narrative reports, as directed.
Coordinate college enrollment to ensure that participants are enrolled in a timely manner to meet enrollment deadlines and the start of classes.
Assist in federal evaluation of the program as directed.
Maintain complete and accurate records and files on all participants.
Education: Relevant Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred. Must obtain state clearance through background check for work with youth and financial data. Demonstrate proficiency in client support and case management skills and academic. Ability to perform outreach/recruitment or 1 year demonstrated sales and marketing experience. Position also requires demonstrated experience providing services to target population through linkages with other community resources and/or agencies.
PathStone provides a competitive salary and fringe benefit program. The position is available 8/22/2016.
Base salary is $14.27/hour with a significant range based upon demonstrated experience and qualifications.
